OPENING AUGUST 2026 |

Severn River Outpost: The Wild. Your Way.

True isolation is the ultimate luxury. With the modern world left behind, The Outpost offers absolute privacy across a wild landscape, bordered by the Severn River.

This is an unscripted high-country experience — whether that means the adrenaline of a Murray Cod or Yellowbelly strike in the permanent waterholes, spotting the abundant wildlife, or simply sitting by the fire under a sea of unpolluted stars. The off-grid hut set in the middle of 3,500 acres balances this rugged wilderness with the thoughtful comforts of home.

❋ The Severn River Boundary

A six-kilometre stretch of the ancient Severn River forms our border, carving a wild, untouched corridor of deep granite canyons, rushing rapids, and permanent waterholes.

❋ Pristine Murray Cod & Yellowbelly Fishing

The river frontage offers exclusive access to catch-and-release fishing for native Murray Cod and Yellowbelly, allowing guests to experience the thrill of a strike in a completely private fishery.

❋ Functional Off-Grid Comfort

The Outpost hut balances absolute isolation with the simple comforts of home — a warm wood fire, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private indoor hot shower.

❋ Abundant High-Country Wildlife

The private valley and spring-fed dam serve as a natural sanctuary, where guests can regularly observe fallow deer, wild goats, and native fauna and birdlife moving freely through the timbered ridges.

A modern house with warm interior lighting, elevated on stilts, with a set of stairs leading up to its entrance, set against a night sky filled with stars.
